Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

My items are handmade-to-order. Please allow 5-10 business days to create and fulfill your order prior to shipping. I ship USPS and orders placed in the USA usually take 2-7 business days to arrive after shipping. International orders generally take about 4 weeks to arrive once shipped. Please take these time frames into account when making your purchase. We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible.

I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER BUT USPS HAS NO TRACKING INFORMATION. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If you have received an email notification with your tracking number but USPS has yet to scan it in, this means I am still preparing your order. The shipping platform I use will automatically email you when the shipping label has been created however I print labels in batches to assist in my production schedule.  As a small business, I package everything by hand to ensure quality and safety of your items. Please give me time to do so before tracking is available, which is usually about 1-4 days after you receive your tracking notification (sometimes a bit longer during peak seasons). Sit tight, I haven't forgotten about you!

 

LOST PACKAGES

In the case of a lost package, I am happy to replace your order! This is includes parcels which provide insufficient tracking information or show no proof of delivery. In many cases, once the package is marked "as delivered " by the post office, I will not replace an order. If you would like to add insurance to your order please make arrangements with us prior to checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete mailing address is used during checkout and the package is delivered to the wrong address I cannot replace an order. If it is returned to us, shipping fees must be paid again in order for me to reship.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact me and I will be sure to fix or replace your item. 

RETURN POLICY

​ALL SALES ARE FINAL - The Parlor Company does not accept returns or exchanges.

I recommend you try before you buy! Perfume samples are offered for sale so that you can make an informed buying decision. If you have any issues with your order please contact me and I will do my best to remedy the situation. I care about the quality and overall customer experience! Just please ask nicely 🖤
